Requirements

• 3-5+ years of direct industry experience using Tekla Structures or Trimble VDC (SysQue and SmartTools) to create production-ready fabrication BIM models.
• Expert-level technical command of Tekla Structures for structural steel or concrete, including components, complex connections, stairs, rails, and miscellaneous steel.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead engaging training sessions for diverse audiences in both physical and virtual classrooms.
• Exceptional communication skills with a 'Digital First' approach to mentoring and explaining complex modeling and drafting concepts.
