Requirements

• 3-5+ years of direct industry experience using Tekla Structures or Trimble VDC (SysQue and SmartTools) to create production-ready fabrication BIM models.
• Expert-level technical command of Tekla Structures for structural steel or concrete, including components, complex connections, stairs, rails, and miscellaneous steel, or Trimble's VDC Pro+ for MEP detailing, 3D modeling, and fabrication, leveraging and managing SysQue’s manufacturer content library within AutoCAD/Revit to create constructible, data-rich models.
• Proven ability to generate and manage fabrication deliverables such as shop drawings, BOMs, and CNC data (DSTV).
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead engaging training sessions for diverse audiences in both physical and virtual classrooms.
• Exceptional communication skills with a "Digital First" approach to mentoring and explaining complex modeling and drafting concepts.
