Trimont is seeking a Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to provide strategic direction and leadership for the company's enterprise-wide DEI vision and initiatives. The role is responsible for shaping, executing, and sustaining strategies that promote an inclusive culture where all team members feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience creating and implementing successful inclusion initiatives in a global workforce
- Proven ability to analyze data and trends, translate insights into strategy, and deliver measurable results
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HR practices, and DEI-related compliance considerations
- Demonstrated success influencing and partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Expertise in program design, project management, and organizational change management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations and data analytics story telling
- Cultural fluency and sensitivity across a broad range of backgrounds, identities, and experiences
- Experience in financial services or professional services environments preferred
- Proficiency in inclusive recruitment, retention, and leadership development strategies
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, team-based culture
