Unity is seeking a Director, Executive Compensation to lead the design, governance, and delivery of compensation for top leadership. The role involves strategic leadership, complex equity designs, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in compensation management, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market analysis, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
