The District Manager (DM) is responsible for building the Trinchero portfolio through partnerships with distributor teams in the Chain Division. The DM will build strong relationships with key accounts and distributors to prioritize the Trinchero portfolio through education and training initiatives.
Requirements
- Maintain a visible and actively working presence in the market
- Build and deliver insightful, fact-based selling stories
- Conduct duties in a professional, effective, and efficient manner
- Generate critical insights for market execution
- Motivate and educate distributor teams
- Own the relationship with distributor Sales Reps and District Managers
- Effectively deliver the TFE strategy
- Collaborate across all distributor channel teams
- Manage Key and Target account lists
- Develop long-term customer relationships
- Execute priority marketing programs
- Plan out fiscal year, month, week, and days
- Utilize electronic organizational tools for planning and communication purposes
