Head of Operations

We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead our rapidly growing global organization. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• 10 years of managerial experience in office administration, back-office, business, or executive support
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Superior numeracy skills
• Experience using telecommunication platforms
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• High degree of initiative and ability to work independently
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters

Benefits

• $120,000 - $150,000 PA plus bonus
