Business Systems Manager

TriNet is a leading provider of comprehensive human resources solutions for small to midsize businesses. We are seeking a Business Systems Manager to maintain data accuracy and consistency across ERP and EPM platforms, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and partner with finance and business stakeholders to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in financial systems management, preferably with Oracle ERP and EPM
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and compliance
• Proficiency in Oracle General Ledger, OTBI, FCCS, and EPBCS
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
