The Legal Operations Analyst role assists in implementing technology solutions throughout the legal department, participating in project management, and exercising independent discretion and legal judgment. The position works with internal business groups to assess, collaborate on design, recommend, and implement internal business process changes to maximize efficiencies and limit manual interventions.
Requirements
- Maintains the Company's legal operations processes
- Creates tools for tracking team initiatives and project goals
- Assists in the technology improvement process
- Compiles data to analyze trends, exceptions, or issues to present solution-based resolutions to leadership
- Leads and coordinates data gathering through process mapping, flow-charting, and team meetings
- Analyzes identified processes and workflows to perform benchmark gap analyses
- Utilizes existing technology to implement identified process improvements
- Monitors process performance to provide continuous enhancements and further efficiencies of business processes
- Develops process documentation, work instructions, and other tools to support execution
- Maintains and updates the internal Intranet and team sites
- Provides technical guidance to team members across the department on department-specific technologies
