Legal Operations Analyst

The Legal Operations Analyst assists in the implementation of technology solutions throughout the legal department, participating in project management and exercising independent discretion and judgment. The role involves assessing, designing, recommending, and implementing internal business process changes to maximize efficiencies and limit manual interventions. The successful candidate will have an understanding of business processes across the department and the ability to recommend process changes, procedure redesign, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Typically 4 to 6 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree desired, or a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training
• Experience in business analysis/change management
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to identify improvements
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects
