TriNet is hiring a Payroll Tax Specialist to ensure accurate payroll tax setup, processing, and compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions in the United States. The role involves managing tax registrations, handling agency notices, and resolving tax-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline (preferred)
• 2–5 years of US payroll tax experience (federal, state, and local)
• Experience in a PEO or multi-state payroll environment is highly preferred
• Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) – APA
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) – APA
