Job Description
TriNet is hiring a Payroll Tax Specialist to manage federal, state, and local payroll tax setup, processing, and compliance across the United States. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to resolve tax-related issues and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline (preferred)
- 2-5 years of US payroll tax experience (federal, state, and local)
- Experience in a PEO or multi-state payroll environment is highly preferred
- Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) – APA
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) – APA
