Job Description
TriNet is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to collaborate with internal subject matter experts to project manage, design, develop and deliver innovative learning programs for the Talent Management team. The role is responsible for identifying and assessing needed learning outcomes, understanding performance expectations and gaps, and deriving the appropriate learning solution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in facilitation and development of training programs
- Prior development of e-Learning and videos using authoring software
- Instructional Design Certification
- Project Management Professional Certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
