Senior Instructional Designer

TriNet is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to collaborate with internal subject matter experts and team members to project manage, design, develop and deliver innovative learning programs for TriNet's Talent Management team. The Designer will use interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills to bring together text, images, video, and audio to communicate and educate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in facilitation and development of training programs
• Prior development of e-Learning and videos using authoring software
• Instructional Design Certification
• Project Management Professional Certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
