The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a strong background in Salesforce Administration and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in multi-cloud environments
- Proven experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Agentforce
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification
- Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard skills
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
