Clinic Administrative Assistant

The Clinic Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient, cost‐effective operations and strong communication across Trinity Health PACE (TH PACE). The role supports leadership by coordinating hiring support, credentialing, filing processes, and special projects while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and organizational standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of progressive administrative or secretarial experience supporting leaders
• Strong written, verbal, and/or ASL communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related systems
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, manage conflict, and adapt to change
• Demonstrated accountability, professionalism, and organizational agility
