Executive Director

The Executive Director provides overall leadership, oversight, and administration of the PACE Organization (PO), ensuring effective planning, organization, and evaluation of all operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field)
• Seven (7)+ years of executive/director-level healthcare leadership experience, including geriatric service delivery; minimum one (1) year serving frail elders
• Demonstrated expertise in managed care, healthcare operations, financial management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical, strategic, and change leadership capabilities
