Job Description
The Executive Director of Development provides executive leadership and oversight to the development team, responsible for coordinating and integrating development programs across Saint Alphonsus. The incumbent reports to the Chief Development Officer and works closely with organizational leadership to achieve aggressive balanced objectives aligned with the organization's vision and strategic plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in healthcare, particularly in a large health system context
- Approximately ten to fifteen years progressively more responsible related work experience including seven to ten years supervisory and managerial experience
