Manager of Grants

The Manager of Grants is responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing all grant activities, including identifying funding opportunities, leading proposal development, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in philanthropic and/or governmental grant writing
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects and influencing decision-making
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and donor databases (e.g., Blackbaud CRM preferred)
