Practice Manager II

Leads day-to-day operations of assigned clinic location(s) to ensure proficient and quality service is delivered within all sections of the clinic. Leads and develops a team of employees, promotes personal growth/development, and coordinates solutions to problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, nursing, health administration, or related field
• Experience working in an organization of comparable size and complexity, preferably in healthcare
• Experience managing colleagues in a healthcare setting
• Experience working with physicians and advance practice providers
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
