The Practice Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operations of assigned clinic locations, ensuring proficient and quality service is delivered within all sections of the clinic, and promoting personal growth and development among colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, nursing, health administration, or related field required
• Experience working in an organization of comparable size and complexity, preferably in healthcare
• Experience managing colleagues in a healthcare setting
• Experience working with physicians and advance practice providers
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
