Recreation Coordinator

Recreation Coordinator plans and delivers therapeutic and recreational activities for frail elderly participants, conducts assessments and reassessments, contributes to individual plans of care, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support participants' functional and psychosocial well-being.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in social or recreational programs with frail or elderly population
• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy or Human Services preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic email/calendar systems
• Excellent communication, conflict management, customer service, organizational and problem solving skills
