Job Description
The Supervisor of House Supervisors - Registered Nurse is responsible for managing the activities of House Supervisors, performing House Supervisor duties as needed, and reviewing and approving annual feedback for associates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of three years medical/surgical, ICU or ED nursing experience (management experience preferred)
- Current Iowa RN license
- BLS
- ACLS
- Mandatory Reporter
- PALS within one year of employment
- TNCC preferred
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training (NVCI) within 6 months of hire
