Job Description
As a House Supervisor, you will direct the nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care, supervising the entire hospital operation, adjusting staffing, and providing direct patient care when needed. You will also cross-train to support units during shifts. The position requires 2 years of nursing experience, a current Iowa RN license, and certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
Requirements
- 2 years of nursing experience
- Graduate of a state accredited school of nursing with current Iowa RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certified or obtained within 6 months of hire
