Job Description
As a Leasing Consultant at Trinity Property Consultants, you will provide exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals and creating a seamless experience for prospective and current residents. You'll have the opportunity to grow your career in multifamily property management while helping shape a welcoming, thriving community.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g. knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.
