As a Maintenance Technician I, you will support property upkeep, complete routine repairs, and build essential trade skills that prepare you for advancement within multifamily maintenance. The role may include additional duties consistent with the position.
Requirements
- 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred)
- Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to safely operate hand and basic power tools to complete minor repairs
- Understanding chemical safety procedures
- Basic computer and mobile literacy and familiarity with work-order systems
