Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician I at Trinity Property Consultants, you will be the foundation of the maintenance team, supporting property upkeep, completing routine repairs, and building essential trade skills. You will be responsible for maintaining property grounds and common areas, completing routine service requests, and performing paint touch-ups and minor repairs. This role requires 1+ year of maintenance or porter experience, beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting, and a high school diploma or GED.
Requirements
- 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred)
- Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to safely operate hand and basic power tools to complete minor repairs
- Understanding chemical safety procedures
- Basic computer and mobile literacy and familiarity with work-order systems
