Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a hard-working, reliable, and detailed-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team at Triple Creek Ranch. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced work environment and pay attention to the small things to make guests' experiences more enjoyable.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Mid-level
• Frequently move about the property, common areas and inside guest cabins.
• Constantly operate equipment and tools such as corded/cordless drill, impact driver, skilsaw, sawzall, grinder, palm sander, table saw, miter saw, nail guns, drill press, bench grinder, hand planer, power planer, routers, stick welder, acetylene torch, various hand tools for mechanic/carpentry, voltmeters, etc.
• Occasionally ascend/descend stairways and ladders to access and make repairs on multiple levels and hard to reach areas.
• Constantly position self to work and make repairs in small, confined and hard to reach areas.
• Constantly detect needed repairs.
• Frequently move and position equipment, tools, supplies, furniture and boxes weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Frequently work in harsh outdoor weather conditions.
