- Perform routine audits
- Analyze sales and margin data
- Build and maintain relationships with food suppliers and vendors

- Conduct inventory checks
- Provide support to kitchen staff
- Schedule, coordinate, and appoint activities to kitchen staff
- Supervise food preparation and cooking
