Job Description
As a Recruiter, you will drive and manage the full life cycle recruiting process to attract top talent. You will source and identify talent using traditional and non-traditional resources, manage recruitment ads, and attend hiring events.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in customer service, sales or recruiting
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Sense of urgency with high standard of professionalism and character
- Excellent communication skills
- Eager to source candidates in various avenues
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in recruitment, public sector experience preferred
