Products and Privacy Counsel

Triumph is looking for a Products and Privacy Counsel to join their Legal Department. The role will advise on legal matters related to products and services supporting carriers, freight brokers, and shippers, including payments, settlement, SaaS platforms, data products, and network-based solutions. The Counsel will serve as a strategic legal partner to the business, providing guidance across the full product lifecycle and advising on privacy, marketing, and regulatory compliance matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Valid and active law license issued by a state bar (including any U.S. territory or the District of Columbia)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, demonstrated through work experience, military experience, or training
