The Revenue Operations Analyst will be the operational owner of pipeline rigor, forecast reliability, territory discipline, reporting, and Salesforce execution across carrier sales teams and products.
Requirements
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline and forecast reporting in Salesforce for Factoring, LoadPay, Fuel, Insurance, Equipment Finance, and other carrier products.
- Enforce opportunity stages, close dates, forecast categories, and product attribution.
- Works with sales representatives and sales leadership to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Discover high-level, notable, strategic findings and learn how to transform them into significant strategies to aid the sales organization.
- Surface pipeline risk with clear, actionable insights.
- Own Salesforce data hygiene across Carrier Sales.
- Identify and correct process breakdowns.
- Own call analytics and reporting using Level AI and Salesforce.
- Connect call behavior to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Evaluates new tools and platforms to improve reporting and sales operations.
- Track rep activity, conversion rates, cycle times, and product mix.
- Track TAM, penetration, and whitespace by territory and product.
- Own territory and account coverage reporting.
- Support territory planning and realignment analysis.
- Stay up to speed with latest salesforce releases and provides strategic suggestions to leadership.
- Ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
