Job Description
Triumph Geared Solutions is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the site's Manufacturing organization and drive best-in-class performance. The successful candidate will have experience in Operations or Production Management and a strong working knowledge of FAA and EASA regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience in Operations or Production Management
- 8-10 years of Manufacturing experience in Aerospace or other complex machining or highly regulated industries
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Master's Degree a plus
- Strong experience and working knowledge of FAA and EASA regulations
- AS9100 QMS body of knowledge experience preferred
