Job Description
Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team in New Braunfels, TX. This role requires a driven, high-performing sales professional with a passion for building client relationships and driving growth. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering solutions tailored to clients, staying compliant, and expanding Triumvirate's presence throughout North America. The position involves prospecting, using CRM tools, and building long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Deliver the WOW to Triumvirate’s internal and external customers!
- Master and sell all of Triumvirate’s service lines.
- Conduct strategic prospecting including leveraging referrals and networking at industry events.
- Cold call new prospective companies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments (RCRA, OSHA, environmental compliance).
