Requirements
- 7+ years of proven success in B2B sales
- Experience selling into C-suite and senior decision-makers within HR, L&D, CSR, or Digital / Transformation functions
- Skilled in consultative and value-based selling
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with digital tools, CRM (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, G-Suite, Slack, and data-driven selling
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, global growth environment
