Operator (skilled) - M

The goal of this role is to ensure continuous production in accordance with the production plan, specifications, and quality requirements while complying with all applicable safety, environmental, and behavioral guidelines.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator or comparable technical qualification
• Knowledge of operating production equipment and control systems
• Strong sense of safety and responsibility
• Independent and meticulous working style
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to participate in work groups
• Willingness to work shifts and engage in job-specific training
• Proficiency in German (spoken and written)
• Basic IT skills
