Operator (skilled) role ensuring continuous production in accordance with production plan, specifications, and quality requirements while complying with all applicable safety, environmental, and behavioral guidelines.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator or comparable technical qualification
• Knowledge of operating production equipment and control systems
• Strong sense of safety and responsibility
• Independent and meticulous working style
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to participate in work groups
• Willingness to work shifts and engage in job-specific training
• Proficiency in German (spoken and written)
• Basic IT skills
