Operator Technician

The Operator Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the company's equipment, adhering to quality standards and procedures, and participating in the plant Safety Program. The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and adjusting machines, as well as completing charting and documenting production activities to meet or exceed quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude
• 2+ years experience in high volume manufacturing preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Possess excellent teamwork abilities, organizational skills, and problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Basic computer & math skills needed to be able to read and interpret drawings, review specifications, review work instructions and report line performance.
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work all shifts including 8 or 12-hour shifts, daylight, and off-shifts as well as weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to adapt to changing initiatives.
• Working knowledge of measuring devices.
