Operator Technician

The Operator Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the company's equipment within prescribed specifications. They will maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhere to quality standards, and support continuous improvement teams.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years experience in high volume manufacturing preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer & math skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work all shifts
• Ability to adapt to changing initiatives
