Operator Technician - Night shift 5:45pm-6:00am 4 on 4 off

The Operator Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the company's equipment, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and adhering to quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude
• 2+ years experience in high volume manufacturing preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Possess excellent teamwork abilities, organizational skills, and problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Basic computer & math skills needed to be able to read and interpret drawings, review specifications, review work instructions and report line performance.
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work all shifts including 8 or 12-hour shifts, daylight, and off-shifts as well as weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to adapt to changing initiatives.
