Operator Technician - Night shift 5:45pm-6:00am 4 on 4 off

The Operator Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the company's equipment within prescribed specifications, adhering to quality standards and procedures, and working with team members to make recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude
• 2+ years experience in high volume manufacturing preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent teamwork abilities, organizational skills, and problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Basic computer & math skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work all shifts, including 8 or 12-hour shifts, daylight, and off-shifts as well as weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Ability to adapt to changing initiatives
• Working knowledge of measuring devices
