The Regional IT Support Engineer looks after all Trivium locations in their respective region, providing first and second level support and continuous improvement of IT and OT services.
Requirements
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and principles
- Broad knowledge of supporting Microsoft and its interconnection products
- Excellent knowledge in supporting hardware
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra-ID
- Broad knowledge of technical best practices to plan and deploy new solutions
