Regional IT Support Engineer responsible for providing first and second level support and continuous improvement of IT and OT services. Provides general IT support and serves as a single point of contact for multiple locations and users.

Requirements

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and principles
• Broad knowledge of supporting Microsoft and its interconnection products
• Excellent knowledge in supporting hardware
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra-ID
• Broad knowledge of technical best practices
