Job Description
The Regional IT Support Engineer looks after all Trivium locations in his/her respective region and provides support, assist users, support business processes through IT and deliver IT services in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and principles
- Broad knowledge of supporting Microsoft and its interconnection products
- Excellent knowledge in supporting hardware
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra-ID
