As a Production Team Leader, you will lead a team of approximately 15 employees and be responsible for a smooth production process, a safe working environment, and excellent results in terms of quality and productivity.

Requirements

• At least mbo-4 work and thinking level, obtained through education and/or relevant work experience
• Good social and leadership skills
• A flexible, independent, and proactive attitude with a strong improvement drive
• Technical insight and a hands-on mentality
