As a Production Team Leader, you will lead a team of approximately 15 employees and ensure a motivated team, a smooth production process, and a safe working environment. You will oversee the daily starts and endings, with both people and machines at the center.

Requirements

• At least a MBO-4 work and thinking level, acquired through education and/or relevant work experience
• Good social and leadership skills
• A flexible, independent, and proactive attitude with a strong improvement drive
• Technical insight and a hands-on mentality: you yourself also like to get your hands dirty and actively support your team
