As a Production Team Leader, you will ensure a motivated team, a smooth production process, and a safe working environment. You will lead a team of approximately 15 employees within a 3-shift system and handle the start and end of shifts with pleasure, with both people and machines at the center.

Requirements

• Directing, coaching, and motivating the team
• Producing together with your team according to established specifications and targets
• Ensuring optimal personnel deployment, both qualitatively and quantitatively
• Monitoring compliance with rules and regulations
• Checking the availability of (helper) raw materials, tools, and correctly applying procedures and work instructions
• Performing associated administrative tasks
