Job Description
The Technical Training Specialist provides technical leadership, training, and mentoring of team members, collaborating with other teams and departments, and contributes to the development and improvement of technical support processes and standards.
Requirements
- Graduate Degree in education, mechanical engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a technical trainer or similar role in metal packaging manufacturing
- Experience with LMS software and systems
- Technical experience and understanding of food and/or beverage can end seaming processes and regulatory requirements
