Senior Operations Manager

Trivium is a company that helps people scale and grow their businesses using digital marketing and PPC management. We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to oversee our operational activities and ensure a productive workforce.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations, or strategies
• A degree in business, operations management, or a related field
• A thorough understanding of financial and budgeting processes and principles
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
• Data-processing skills and ability to manage budgets
• Strong problem-solving capability
• Strong personal and professional judgment
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively
• Strong ethical leadership abilities
• High level of stress tolerance
