Senior Operations Manager

Trivium is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the operational activities of their business, ensure a productive workforce, and implement new technologies. The role involves providing leadership, making strategic decisions, and communicating with customers to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations, or strategies
• A degree in business, operations management, or a related field
• A thorough understanding of financial and budgeting processes and principles
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
• Data-processing skills and ability to manage budgets
• Strong problem-solving capability
• Strong personal and professional judgment
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively
• Strong ethical leadership abilities
