Pasting Operator I

Trojan Battery Company is looking for a driven and thorough person for the Pasting Operator role (2nd shift). The role includes applying the paste to grids, creating plates that help our world-class batteries hold its charge. The ideal candidate will be committed to performing their role safely and have the ability to wear all required PPE.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a lead acid battery manufacturing plant.
• Ability to work in extreme temperature and heavy environment is a plus.
• Must be clean shaven
• All employees must follow strict hygiene rules including mandatory showering and lunch periods on site.
• You must be able to lift 50-80 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to use hand tools and learn specific machine controls, gauges, etc.
• Strong team skills
• Ability to solve problems and recommend solutions.
• Ability to complete any required documentation.
• High dedicated with a proven record of excellent attendance.
